Brothers & Henderson, P.S. has been a pioneer in disability and elder law in Washington State for many years. After decades of continuous involvement from the initial team, the Firm has spent the last several years transitioning both legal work and practice management responsibilities to the Firm’s current leaders and experienced attorneys.

Today, partners Joshua L. Brothers and Christopher Henderson share over 20 years of combined experience working with our team and our valued clients. Our practice has always been, and continues to be, rooted in providing the highest quality service to all of our clients, with a particular focus on individuals who experience disabling conditions, their families, and the professionals who serve them.

To us, creating and maintaining trust and long-term client relationships is just as important as the high-caliber legal services we provide – with client relationships that span the course of decades, not years. We advocate for clients and work tirelessly to provide top tier guidance in disability law, elder law, estate planning, and settlement planning and recovery management – including issues related to special education, guardianship, trusts, end-of-life planning, Medicaid and other benefits, and more.

In addition to providing our clients with top tier legal expertise, all of B&H’s six attorneys are passionate and deeply committed to the disability and aging communities, dedicated to playing an active role as board members, volunteers, partners, and advocates. By providing high-quality legal services that addresses a broader range of needs than other traditional firms, we are committed to upholding our title as Washington state’s premier disability and elder law firm for generations to come.
